The oval pan from Demeyere is not only an excellent fish pan, the additional accessories offer the buyer many alternatives. As a large pot with a high lid (for a large roast or turkey), a fish pot, a simmering pot, a steamer or a bain-marie, you can call this new specialty of Demeyere whatever you like. The oval pan is delivered with two lids and a steaming basket. The high lid can also be used as an oven dish. In addition, the oval pan fits into every oven. It is made from 18/10 high-quality stainless steel and has Silvinox surface treatment for a better production and a nicer, silvery white, mat finish. The 7layer material (2.5 mm thick) up to the edge provides an even distribution of heat, a larger baking surface and, when used correctly, perfect non stick results. The oval pan is suitable for all cookers, ovens and is dishwasher-resistant.
